Tidy Towns Competition 2012
The Clogheen Tidy Towns committee is waiting eagerly for this year’s National tidy towns judging which is due to take place during the months of July and August. The committee would like to thank all those who have participated by painting homes and businesses in the town.
A big thank you is due to to the FAS team under the expert guidance of Michael Fennessey and John D. Condon as well as the local county council workers and two RSS workers and all who helped out during the year.
We would ask you to please do your utmost to have our town looking its best for judging, and please water and care for our hanging baskets and tubs. Last weekend, in an act of vandalism, a number of baskets were stolen and others damaged.
