I’m afraid if you’re looking for tickets to see Tommy Tiernan appearing in St. Paul’s Community Centre, Clogheen on February 2nd 2012 then you’re out of luck.

The tickets sold out in a matter of hours as the citizens of Clogheen and surrounds snapped up the tickets in record time.

It is, of course, rare to see an act of the calibre and pulling power of Tiernan in a small rural venue like Clogheen, so the quick sale of tickets would hardly come as a surprise. Great credit should be given to the South Tipperary Rural Arts Group for getting such a high profile celebrity to a performance in the town.

According to Tiernan’s own site : “His ‘World Tour of…’ dates in February & March 2012 take him through South Tipperary, Monaghan, Offaly, Cavan, Limerick & Kerry.”

As you’ll see from the picture below, Clogheen is one of very few of Tiernan’s Spring gigs that is sold out, so if you’re in the South Tipperary region you can still get tickets to see him in Tipperary, Clonmel or Carrick-on-Suir on February 3rd, 4th or 5th.
