Walk 4 – Clogheen, Tipperary – Heathfield, Shanrahan
If you are looking for a nice, easy-going walk, all on tarred road and footpath, then this one will suit you down to the ground. No specialist footwear or gear needed.
It starts at the Post Office at Barrack Hill (see pictured), heading toward the town of Ballyporeen. Walk along the road and take the first left turn outside the town.
The walk will take you past Shanrahan Cemetery, famous as the resting place of Fr. Sheehy.
